Last time: Ichigo and co tried to rescue Luchiryo from her forced marriage only to be stopped Captain Soi Fon and Squad 2. But even though Ichigo tried many efforts to prove that what he was doing was right, the Lunchiryo at the wedding turned out to be another assassin and quickly got away. Ichigo and Rukia then got away from Squad 2 and got help from the young prince Shuu who was very concerned on where Luchiryo was. Meanwhile Kenryuu and Enryuu got captured by Soi Fon and Squad 2. At the end, Soi Fon reports in to the squads about Ichigo and his motives. Captain Amagai then suggests to leave the whole situation with Ichigo to him and Squad 3..

Today:Ichigo, Rukia, and Shuu are currently hiding out in the sewers while planning their next move, and Ichigo suspects that Lurichiyo is somewhere on the Kasumiooji estate. But while Ichigo and co is planning on what to do, they are intercepted by 3rd division's new captain, Amagai.

NO SPOILERS: NO TALK OF FUTURE ARCS, EVENTS, AND ETC! NOBODY CARES IF YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT! IF SOMEONE MUST KNOW SOMETHING PM THEM ABOUT IT INSTEAD OF USING OVERLOADS OF SPOILER TAGS.

It's so weird even with the bleach movies and the actions of the sou taichyo (er captain white beard). You would think with all Ichigo has done, he'd be given a pardon of some sort...eg. last time he came here he actually helped soul society and yet..

Still not used to byakuya's voice. His voice was a lot of things, but menacing just does not describe. Blunted and stuff sure...not mean =/ Renji surprisingly (with the little lines he had) was actually good...

As for amagai yes he has a lot of common sense. It's a shame though because soul society needs the common sense and if he wasn't a filler character, I personally think he would be a good candidate for captain commander when yamamoto dies...or retires (more likely)

meh well the filler gets actually good. LIKE REALLY GOOD as many have stated before. Just the ending =/

Great episode,

The highlights:
Seeing Kenryu's just desserts is making me happy, but poor Enryu though.
So the real Lurichiyo is captured and not brainwashed, surprising.
The drunken third division Soul Reaper member was funny, but knew his secret too like Izuru Kira, nice.
Kibune is definetly extreme pure evil on killing that drunken third division Soul Reaper member, yikes!!!!!
Cool to see Renji/Byakuya involved which Renji will show his filler awesomeness on saving Rukia.
Byakuya having a new voice not fitting his calm collected emotionless character.
Shu was great for helping Ichigo/Rukia save Lurichiyo.
Ichigo/Captain Amagai finally meeting along with their mini-fight was awesome.
Cool that Captain Amagai joins Ichigo/Rukia/Shu on saving Lurichiyo, sweet:anime:.

By seeing the countdown from Kitschensyngk, 7 more episodes until this bad filler is gonna be done, sweet.

This filler arc is pretty good actually, it had some good action in it, some pretty good interactions between the characters.
