    Ted Turner no longer lead the TV after stepped down many years ago.

    To this day, ever since 2016. I have rightfully hoped that the BVS Entertainment library will be fully released one day. There will be a day where we see high quality masters of these shows.

    I plan to stay optimistic.

    Disney had an opportunity to release those shows (non-Marvel) when they launch Disney+ in European countries back in 2020 but they didn't at first place for no reason.

    My fear is BVS contents stuck in the vault, along with nearly all of Walt Disney Presents that many of them haven't rerun after premium era ended and other remaining after 2002 when Vault Disney discontinued.

    The issue with that is that well, Disney could brand these shows under a different demonination. Disney themselves have a problem with their own TVA/Offerings which they'll need to go through first.


    BVS content being stuck in the vault is sadly the harsh truth. You'd think after reuniting these shows with the rest of 20th Television they'd do something with them.

    I for one lost all my hopes for these shows to come back on the platform. Disney is gonna keep them locked probably forever.

    I've always had suspicions that the reason why Shin Chan, Rotten Ralph and The Kids from Room 402 never aired on Toon Disney and in Shin Chan's case the ABC Family Action Block.

    Perhaps maybe Disney were that children would replicate the actions of these characters portrayed in these shows?

    Toonsylvania is a hidden gem from the late 90s, A real shame that the show hasn't been recognized since the early 2000s.

    When I was younger I used to think the A.A.P. logo that appeared before a Looney Tunes cartoon was like the DVD selection... Fun times

    When I was a kid I always wondered why that A.A.P. thing only appeared before Looney Tunes and Popeye shorts; I don't know anything about corporations and the like back then.

    Why does Disney Channel have their own ads made for them?

    Disney rather to have Disney branded promotion and Disney sponsored ads to be shown on Disney Channel since transition from premium to basic in 1997, but not case with Disney XD and Disney Junior that they allowed traditional ads, even not related to Disney brand.

    They're not really ads, they're just sponsor bumpers similar to what PBS does.

    The Disney Channel was originally pay TV, and as such, it was ad free. Since then, Disney Channel just shows promotional material between shows, but its shows are sponsored. The digital extra channels like Disney XD do run commercials both during and between programs.

    My favourite channel has to go to Jetix Europe (as a whole). Branding wise it was amazing from 2007-2009 and had wonderful shows

    True but with News Corp in-charge, they'd probably release DVDs of most of the Saban library and Haim Saban probably wouldn't have to buy back the rights to Power Rangers and Digimon.



    The FOX Family Channel and International FOX Kids would retain their name of course

    I think there'd be more effort in streamlining Fox Kids and Fox Family together (the daytime block on Fox Family becomes Fox Kids, Fox Family launches internationally at nighttime on the Fox Kids channels, etc.) and an emphasis on originals from Fox Television Animation (like the Buffy cartoon was supposed to be)

    Honestly it's weaker than Thunderlizards and the Eek segments but as a standalone show, it's alright

    I remember Klutter. It didn't last very long. Not among the best cartoons, but not among the worst either.

    That's the best way to describe the show.


    It probably didn't last long as it was just filler and was only there since Eek episodes were coming out at a sluggish pace then.

    Daily fact: Alot of the shorts you see in House of Mouse were actually cropped from their original 4:3 ratio to 16:9. This means when the show premiered up until Toon Disney HD's release in April 2008, you were viewing shorts that were cropped and cropped again.

    I have actually underestimated how much stuff Wildbrain owns! I can't believe they own Gadget and the Gadgetinis. I wonder when they got back the rights outside of the US

    Xilam is one of my most favourite animation studios, I enjoy alot of their cartoons from Hubert and Takako, Oggy and the Cockroaches and Zig and Sharko. Xilam is a studio that has inspired many and has created endless classics that we enjoy.

    I definitely remember I Lost My Body (one of the studios' unusual works) and Chip 'n Dale: Park Life (Their co-production with Disney).

    Other than that, Xilam (and its predecessor, Gaumont Multimedia) used to have a Tex Avery/Ren & Stimpy-like vibe in their comedic cartoons, but not anymore. I guess that has to do with the passing of Olivier Jean-Marie.
