There was an episode of the Aladdin animated series where the genie transformed everyone into Talespin characters.
There was an Animaniacs episode where the Warner siblings were "rented out" to other studios, and appeared in several different cartoons, including Bullwinkle, Fat Albert and...
I got a Wonder Woman figure for Christmas one year along with a bunch of other DC Super Heroes characters. I also got April O'Neil and Janine from Ghostbusters to "complete the cast". It never seemed weird or out of place to me.
Rugrats- I always found their baby talk annoying.
George of the Jungle- Always seemed kind of stupid to me.
GI Joe- Ridiculous plots that seemed to drag on forever.
Care Bears- Way too corny.
Most of the newer Adult Swim shows- It seems like they're running out of ideas.
Gummi Bears- The one...

British characters are almost always wealthy and aristocratic.
Eastern Europeans are always from rural backgrounds and adhere to bizarre and outlandish customs and traditions.
African natives tend to speak in clicks and pops.
Hawaii is always shown as a land of luaus, laid-back surfers...

The original "Friends are There" theme was used on the first two seasons. The "Ready to Party" theme was used for most of the rest of the show's run, and a there was an awful hip-hop based one used during the last season, which is the one I referred to.
Fox series of Spider Man and X-Men
The third version of the Garfield and Friends theme (the We're ready to party one's not much better)
Filmation Ghostbusters
Goof Troop
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse
Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog
Family Guy
Snorks
Don't remember the specifics, but I remember seeing an episode of Cops once where Ed, Edd & Eddy was playing in the background as the cops confronted whoever it was they were after.
I actually thought that the plot for Space Jam was good until they brought the basketball nonsense into it. If it had just been about the Looney Tunes characters and their battles with an alien theme park owner, it might have been halfway decent.
Also, I think the A-Team is real in the Alvin and the Chipmunks universe. In the episode with Mr. T, I don't believe there was any indication that he was an actor. Of course, I haven't seen that show in years, so my memories could be a little cloudy.
In one episode of Darkwing Duck, Darkwing's costume ripped and he had a TaleSpin shirt underneath. Also, in the episode where the cartoon creator built a device to tap into different universes, they had Darkwing and Chip 'N Dale's Rescue Rangers existing in separate worlds.
Inspector Gadget...
I miss the "Super Chunk" blocks of classic cartoons every weekend, and seeing Rocky and Bullwinkle every Saturday night at 11, followed by Dudley Do-Right.
I always found the early episodes of Ed, Edd & Eddy where the Eds are just trying to fit in with the other kids to be a little sad.
The final episode of Home Movies
The 1939 Disney Short The Ugly Duckling. Can't get through this one without tearing up.
The episode of Alvin & The Chipmunks...
Camp Lazlo is a nice change of pace from the deluge of spunky teenage girl shows and bad anime wannabes that seems to have taken over the animation world.
The only similarity I can see between this and Rocko is that you have an older guy who hates the main character for no real reason.
The last I saw of Dinosaurs was five or six years ago when the Disney Channel reran it. Disney used to show good stuff in early mornings. Now it's just rehashes of their normal lineup.

I have to agree about Mucha Lucha- As if the stereotypes and crappy animation are not enough, they have to have a character that speaks in the third person, which I really can't stand.
I can think of quite a few characters that fit this category.
Mr. Mackey, Principal Victoria, and Tweek from South Park
Webby and Bubba the Cave Duck from DuckTales
Slimer from the Real Ghostbusters
Clarabelle Cow from House of Mouse
Pretty much all the parents on Rugrats
Nazz from Ed, Edd and...
Rugrats- Annoying and hardly ever funny.
Futurama- Overhyped and too overly sentimental (ex. The episode about Fry's brother).
Duck Dodgers- Seemed like a good idea, but just plain lame. Liked the old cartoons where Marvin and his dog were the only Martians you'd ever see.
Kim Possible- tried to...
Can't stand
Doofus, Ms. Beakley or Webby from DuckTales
The entire Muddlefoot family from Darkwing Duck
The House of Mouse versions of Clarabelle Cow and Horace Horsecollar
Mrs. Turtle and her baby Shelby from House of Mouse
Uncouthma(?), that viking guy from Aladdin
Pluto
I enjoy Arthur, PB&J Otter, Sailor Moon, and Powerpuff Girls. I also enjoyed Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers back in the day, even though it was perceived as being a "baby" show for some reason.
Overrated:
Futurama- Was good when it first started, but started to get sappy after a while.
Rugrats
X-Men Evolution
Scooby-Doo
TMNT (new)
Animaniacs
Duckman- This one has its moments, but I don't think it's as great as so many say it is.
Super Mario Bros.- The Mario cartoon segments. The...
