I was thinking about which Cartoon Network original series I’d include in a daylong (6 a.m. to 8 p.m.) 30th anniversary marathon.

Here’s my lineup. What changes would you make?

6:00 — What a Cartoon! (1995)*

7:00 — Dexter’s Laboratory (1996)
7:30 — Johnny Bravo (1997)

8:00 — Cow and Chicken (1997)
8:30 — The Powerpuff Girls (1998)

9:00 — Ed, Ed n Eddy (1999)
9:30 — Courage the Cowardly Dog (1999)

10:00 — Samurai Jack (2001)
10:30 — Justice League (2001)

11:00 — Codename: Kids Next Door (2002)
11:30 — The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy (2003)

12:00 — Teen Titans (2003)
12:30 — Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends (2004)

1:00 — Camp Lazlo (2005)
1:30 — Ben 10 (2005)

2:00 — Chowder (2007)
2:30 — The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack (2008)

3:00 — Adventure Time (2010)
3:30 — Regular Show (2010)

4:00 — The Amazing World of Gumball (2011)

6:30 — We Bare Bears (2015)

7:00 — OK K.O.! Let’s Be Heroes (2017)**

*The shorts I’d include are The Powerpuff Girls (#1); Dexter’s Laboratory (#1); Johnny Bravo (#1); Cow and Chicken; Courage the Cowardly Dog; Larry and Steve.

**I’d include the “Crossover Nexus” episode, of course.

Before I settled on just using original series, I definitely thought about including blocks of Looney Tunes and Tom & Jerry shorts.
I included them though. I didn't add them more especially because Boomerang already airs them 12 hours a day in total.

I think it would be possible due to CN airing Classic shows’ through Christmas Specials

Since it's a weekend and a once in a lifetime occasion...
  • I'd celebrate it both days the whole weekend.
  • I'd show the things a bit random for variety sake, but with some continuity mini block logic.
  • I'd push nostalgia just reasonably subtly.
Also, there's no chance to show everything and that them celebrating it an entire month. Only thing I would keep for a month are bumpers and bug.

Looking at it, I'm kinda proud since a lot of thought went into. Some shows I left off, but I think it's a realistic good schedule.

Oh, it's my birthday!
The New Woody Woodpecker Show was just removed from Peacock... Can this show just take a break from being screwed over?
