These shows used to be popular there so they made the best of this situation by airing them to get good ratings. They didn't thankfully air them a lot.But there's a catch; Pororo and Bernard are for some ungodly reason part of the schedule too! What's this penguin and polar bear doing next to good ol' Fred Flintstone, Tom and Jerry, Bugs Bunny and Scooby-Doo?
They had some kind of a preschool block. They even promoted these shows. Unnamed block but basically they targeted towards preschoolers.Apparently Boomerang Nordic also aired Bob the Builder and Thomas the Tank Engine too during its early days. Seems kinda odd.
Boomerang Nordic also aired the Peanuts/Charlie Brown specials too, which I assume is inherited from CN Nordic and was actually unique to the Nordic countries in the EMEA region.
I don't know. They had their local team at that time so it wasn't unusual to see EMEA feeds get different blocks. Now basically everything is the same though in the EMEA area. Was that block a successor to CN Nordic's mysterious "Lilletoon" block not shared with the other EMEA CN feeds?
