Some recent anime receive ZERO dubs in foreign languages

I have heard that there are no foreign dubs for Tokyo Mew Mew NEW. Why? Anyway, it's very bizzare, especially since the original Tokyo Mew Mew show was dubbed in many foreign languages, including the English one. Also, I would like for Bocchi ga Rock! to be dubbed in English and foreign languages. Why some of the recent anime, Tokyo Mew Mew NEW and Bocchi ga Rock! included, receive ZERO dubs in foreign languages? Your opinions?

I think Sentai Filmworks is to blame. They bought the rights in so many regions and refuse to dub it anyway.
