Does anyone know if "Part 2" or however many "Parts" were intended to finish the story, exist, aside from maybe scripts?

Even if they do exist they'll never be released

Well if Disney ever releases the series on DVD or Blu-Ray, hopefully they'll be thrown in as extra's.

Disney's done it on a couple of other properties that they own/distribute, such as Jim Henson's Dinosaur's. The included in the last DVD set the 8 episodes that have been broadcast in syndication but were never broadcast during the original network run.

I just finished watching this episode on Marvel.com.

Excellent episode, but unfortunately we'll never find out what happened to the symbiote spores. (Unless Disney decides to raid their vaults and find the masters for the season 2 episodes that were completed but not released.)

There were episodes that were completed but not aired?

This is from tv.com about the series. You have to remember that Spider-Man Unlimited was cancelled due to Marvel's bankruptcy, along with a few other series. That's when we started to see the different series produced by outside companies that Marvel had very little control over.

Also, Spider-Man Unlimited was the second Spider-Man series in a row to air a cliff-hanger as a series finale.

Only 13 episodes of Spider-Man Unlimited were ever produced, so I'm not certain where the idea that 6 initial episodes of a second season were also completed and simply not aired anywhere comes from. Spider-Man Unlimited was infamously pulled from U.S. broadcast a mere three episodes into its run, and that essentially sealed the series' fate there and then. The final episode, originally solicited as "Destiny Unleashed, Part 1", even had an obviously-revised title screen when the episode actually aired, simply entitled "Destiny Unleashed", since there wasn't going to be a second season.

It's more likely six further scripts were written, explaining the second season episode titles someone put up on TV.com, but the episodes themselves were just as likely never actually produced. I can't see anything cited from the series' creators or producers on TV.com (which seems to be the only other place claiming those six episodes were made), so it looks like the notion those six episodes were completed is an erroneous one.
