From the front page of AnimeSuperhero.com:
"Video game publisher Ubisoft released a new trailer for “Star Wars Outlaws” today, showcasing “in engine” footage revealing the game play and story for the upcoming game.
Here’s the trailer:
The story focuses on a Kay Vess (and her companion/pet Nix), who end up ticking off crime boss Slirro, leader of the criminal syndicate Zerek Besh. Kay ends up going on the run and looking to perform to perform the “ultimate heist” (so yes, if it sounds familiar, it does sound like the plot of “Solo: A Star Wars Story”). Other elements of the criminal world that have been introducted previouly in Star Wars films (or in Disney+ shows) also appear, such as the Crimson Dawn (the crime group founded by Darth Maul seen in “Solo”), the Pike Syndicate (last seen in the Boba Fett series), and Jabba the Hutt’s cartel. There are reportedly elements of a “Reputation System” in the plot (allowing you to gain notoriety and credit among the different criminal factions), which could influence the plot."
