2010 through 2015 were dark days for TV sci fi.
Apparently TV show producers thought ghost hunting and sharks in tornadoes were proper sci fi.
Meanwhile sci fi movies like "Moon", "Interstellar", "Ex Machina", and "The Martian" were excellent!
What happened?
Did TV viewers stop dreaming of the future?
Did "Game of Thrones" and "The Walking Dead" suck out all the hot air out of the room.
It would have been nice to have gotten serious sci fi during that time period.
A show where the optimism of 1960s space never ended could have been interesting as well.
