Captain America will be making an appearance in a new X-Men: Evolution episode slated for January. Captain America has already appeared in the original X-Men animated series, Spider-Man: The Animated Series, and The Avengers. This will be Captain America's first appearance on Kids'WB!. The website Comics Continuum talked to story editor Greg Johnson.

"Something very dangerous has been stolen from a highly secured government facility, and there are strong suspicions that a mutant was the perpetrator," Johnson told Comics Continuum about the episode. "So Wolverine is approached in a very unofficial capacity, not only because he's the most capable of finding the thief, but because he has a past with the stolen object. A past that stretches back to his association with a most unique soldier, the famed war hero, Captain America."

Johnson also mentioned that Captain America was an ideal choice becuase of his ties to Wolverine's past in the military and becuase he's essentially Marvel's iconic hero. And, of course, the teen mutants in X-Men: Evolution will be involved.

The episode is titled "Operation: Rebirth" and is written by Bob Forward from a story by Greg Johnson and Boyd Kirkland. The episode is also directed By Gary Graham.

The CSC Channels prior to 2017 were actually amazing. A shame it was all thrown under the bus.
Lesson learned. Never talk to anyone ever.
