I like what Disney Channel did in 2020. Have a balance between live-action and animation. This channel fits more for having both categories 50/50.
Even though I do kinda miss seeing live action shows more often on Disney Channel, I kinda like this Disney Channel a little better too. I especially really enjoy Hamster & Gretel, Bluey, Hailey's on It, and Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat NoirI remember over a decade ago wishing Disney Channel would stop with the live action stuff and be a cartoon channel. Disney started out as a cartoon studio and I thought that's what people thought of them as, so I thought a channel with their name should have been a cartoon channel. It didn't help that I felt like they favored their live action stuff. In addition to feeling like they pushed that more, aside from new episodes, the only cartoons I remember seeing them air as much as their sitcoms were Phineas and Ferb and Gravity Falls. They also had Fish Hooks and later Wander Over Yonder, but even before the move to Disney XD, I don't really remember seeing them much after a certain point, or at least not as much as I would have liked (though admittedly Wander wasn't exactly a strong hit even before the move, not sure about Fish Hooks). Nowadays, I don't mind the live action stuff being there (even though I still don't watch it), and I don't even mean because there's not much left, but I do kinda like this Disney Channel better.
I think some of it have improved though, compared to times of cheap sitcomsFunny how people now miss live-action. Before they didn't want to see them because there was barely any animation.
You're saying you don't want animations to air on Disney channel ever?Well, I wanted Disney Channel and Disney XD to be live-action and sitcom channels again.
