The possibilities are two: either they're gonna shut down Disney Junior in other EMEA markets, therefore DC will "replace" in the mornings Disney Junior and so on, or they're going to shut down in the Nordics it and possibly they're reliving the Scandinavian feed.

In a way or the other, I do not think it'll only shut down in Denmark, as the other Scandinavian countries often do just the same things, and they're carried often on pan-Nordics or pan-Scandinavian platforms

Disney Junior is going dark in Denmark I did a story but I don't want to be accused of self promotion so I took it from the source. It's says Disney Channel will offer programming from Disney Junior does that mean Disney Junior is also going dark across Europe as well seeing as Disney Channel is aligned with Southern Africa unless we'll be seeing the same content on two channels or Disney Channel Denmark gets a localised feed. Agreed, the days of Disney launching (conventional) TV channels are over.

Instead, we could be seeing some streams on Disney+ and when pay-tv goes completely IP based, we could see some channel integration with Disney+.

Similar to the Turkish channels, Show and Star, just use the word “Now” rather than “Şimdi”.

Rather than naming it to something that has profession, they decided to name it to a simpler one such as “Now”.

Star and Show are names that at least have their own phonetic stance. Also familiar and well-known brands. If you ask me, FOX was phonetically more compact and pleasant. A name similar to this should have been found.

"Şimdi" or Now bot of them are really stupid choice for one of the world's biggest media cartels. It sounds like a Stream Platform. It's not a TV channel at all. Tbh.

At this point, using Dlife in Turkey was better.

Should be fine as long as there isn't a media service or channel called NOW in Turkey and Now is a common everyday word in the English language, if Comcast wants to expand into Turkey, then there might be a few issues.

Eastern Europe still has high cable penetration, it's falling, but it hasn't hit as hard as Western Europe, same for Portugal, likely due to a lack of a decent DTT offering. This is why Disney Channel will stay there.

Not interesting.

The reason for using this name in the country is because Star is existed as a Turkish channel (NOT as a Disney channel), and FX is a premium channel.

It wasn't mentioned here yet. Disney Junior to shut down in Nordics on April 1 (already did in Denmark). All the Disney Junior shows will move to the relaunched Disney Channel Scandinavia on a morning block. Relaunch means we will split from the African feed after Nordic feed was put on pause for some time.
