There's not much reason for BCI or their contact at Disney to lie about it. I think if Disney did have the home video rights, we would be hearing about something coming out on DVD by now. The result of the lawsuit seems to be that Disney has to make more use of the Marvel cartoons, hence the number that are airing right now. Therefore, if they owned the rights, we'd be seeing them on DVD too.

But sometimes Disney doesn't bother on releasing an entire season on DVD.
