Rank each of the Nickelodeon heads

Looking at the ups and downs Nickelodeon has had, I thought it'd be interesting to see how everyone would rank each of the Nickelodeon heads from over the years and see where each one succeeded and where they failed.

How would you rank the following Nickelodeon heads and why?:

• Vivian Horner (1979-80)
• Cy Schneider (1980-84)
• Geraldine Laybourne (1984-96)
• Herb Scannell (1996-2006)
• Cyma Zarghami (2006-18)
• Brian Robbins (2018-present)

I think we can all agree that Herb Scannell and Cyma Zarghami were both awful, considering the dramatic life of the child actors during their reign. I think most will put Cyma Zarghami last because of the way she treated the Nicktoons.

It's hard to really grasp Brian Robbins in the equation when most of his tenure especially now has been usurped by the big wigs at Paramount, compared to Cyma and Herb who had more leverage and their own direction.
