I kind of expected Peter to be recast since Benjamin Valic most likely hit puberty. Gwen being recast from Lily Sanfelippo to Audrey Bennett is more unexpected since it's less common for young girls to be recast, at least for puberty reasons. I'd assume this is due to Lily being busy voicing Axl on Firebuds. I did actually hear some of Audrey's voice work before, such as voicing the young version of Sara Jones (Ridley's mother) on Ridley Jones (which shares the same voice director as this series, Maria Estrada).
