Well, it's that time of year again, the time where you tell us what you got for Christmas, Hanukah, Kwanzaa, Decemberween, or whatever holiday you celebrate. so post away. I'll start off and list what I got from my family.

Video Games

Fable 3
Dead Rising 2
Donkey Kong Country Returns

DVDs

Despicable Me/Minion Madness combo pack
Toy Story 3
Scott Pilgrim vs the World
Venture Bros Season 1
Venture Bros Season 3
Venture Bros Season 4 Volume 1
The Best of the Super Mario Bros: Super Show!

Clothing

2 Packs of Boxers,
Some Fancy Socks
Remington Electric Razor
6-1 Fleece Hood

And that's what I got for Christmas from my family. I'm only missing one item from the list, my copy of Mario Vs Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem. Other than that, I say I made out good this year. So my fellow toonzoners, what did you get this year?

Umm...

Mario All Stars
Force Unleashed 1 (360)
Pink Wii remote plus
Darkside Chronicles (got a month ago but was technically a present)
Off brand Wii remote + chuck

$20

bunch of socks from relatives
makeup from relatives

Every year they get me makeup and yet they know I don't wear it. :p I can use it for Halloween, though.

I might use the cash for the new Family Guy Star Wars if I can find it cheap somewhere.

Uh... two shirts, a pair of pants and Earth (The Book). Family's never been big on Christmas. Not rich enough to splurge, especially in the current economic situation.

It matters not.
Nothing much special this year but a good haul nonetheless:

-Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition (PS3)
-3-D Dot Game Heroes (PS3)
-Yakuza 3 (PS3)
-$15 iPod gift card
-A new belt
-A Boston-themed t-shirt again from my aunt in Boston
-Individual DVD releases of the original Star Wars trilogy (which I already have sadly enough XD)
-$100 in cash.

But still, a decent haul.

Already mentioned the games in the Video Game board, but for the non-game hauls...

- Mattel WWE Figures: Chavo Guerrero and Hornswoggle, Beth Phoenix in her Royal Rumble appearance, Melina, and Batista. Also a Jakks 2 pack of William Regal and Pirate Paul Burchill.
- Toy Story 3 Woody and Buzz. The Buzz seems like the same one from the first 2 movie releases, which is a bit disappointing. Woody seems a lot closer to his movie representation though.
- A Knuckles RC vehicle based on Sonic and Sega All-Star Racing.
- An Auxillary Trax Wolf Ranger from the 2009 Power Rangers RPM toy line
- 4 pairs of socks.
- a 2GB Memory Stick. Actually a Mini-SD, but it comes with an adaptor for PSP use.
- Most importantly, a T-Mobile Gravity T phone. Didn't ask for one, but my phone has been on the brink of death for a month now and finally gave up a few days ago. It had a good run, and hopefully this one lasts as long as the last did.

Not bad, but it certainly makes me feel incredibly childish. They'll certainly give my apartment room a little more life though.

Also felt like mentioning what I got my family as well:
Sister: Pokemon SoulSilver
Oldest sister: 30 dollar Starbucks gift card
Brother: The Adventures of Ook and Gluk: Cavemen from the Future
2nd Brother: Nintendo Points/PSN card
Older brother: iTunes gift card
Mom: Dual planning board for her office and helped her pick out a new Desktop computer.
Dad: 40 dollar Subway gift card
Girl cousin: One of those Percy Jackson books and a planner
Boy cousin: Nintendo points card and Mario posters
Cousins on my dad's side: Super Mario All-Stars Wii and some sweaters and an iPod Shuffle.

In the now, man
Just opened up my stuff, which led to a pretty solid haul. I got my first gift last night, Donkey Kong Country Returns, which I was trying out last night, but here's the rest.

Super Mario Galaxy 2
Epic Mickey
How I Met Your Mother seasons 1 & 2
The Simpsons season 6 & 8
Fantasia Anthology
The Hangover
Alan Moore's Saga of the Swamp Thing volumes 1 & 2
Amazing Spider-Man Essentials volume 3
Agalloch- Marrow of the Spirit
The Smiths- The Queen is Dead
A bunch of clothing
Shaving cream and body lotion

Plus 90% certainty for Iron Maiden tickets in April. I'm surprised at all that I got, but I'm very happy overall.

Also, my Wii is finally hooked up online and I know that Demi Lovato is going to spend Christmas with her family, so this is already a great Christmas. :D

So far, only an Amazon gift card from my mom.

I've used part (actually, most) of that already, on Toy Story 3 (Blu-Ray), a plush Care Bear (don't laugh, please) and some various medicine.

Also got $10 from mom's husband which I'll probably just use for food.

I'll post again later if I have anything more to add. Highly doubt it though; we can't really afford to do all we used to.

A new watch
An electronic Snoopy playing the Piano with Woodstock sitting on top of it
Some accessories for my car, including a voucher for 4 new tires + mounting at a local card repair shop.

All in all I think I made out pretty good this year, I enjoyed everything I recieved and I loved the looks on peoples faces when they got what I had purchased them.

Our Christmas was much smaller this year--our second Christmas without my dad and my sister is living with her husband in Australia--but I made off real well from my brother, mother, and uncle. I got:

Microfiber towels (my brother was teasing me but they'll be useful)
$50 Target gift card
Glee season 1 on DVD
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies (I've read it but wanted it for my bookshelf)
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies 2011 calendar
Rachel Ray's Look + Cook cookbook
$100 (stuck in my P&P&Z so I almost didn't notice it!)
$15 iTunes gift card
The Jane Austen Companion to Life
Some candy
Mini writing tablets

Aaaaaand...

A Kindle!

I'm pretty stoked about my Kindle and have already gotten several free books for it from the Kindle store :)

Let's see . . .

Main Grab:
* The A-Team (Blu-Ray/DVD combo pack)
* Psycho (2-Disc Special Edition)
* Lego Indiana Jones 2 (PS3)
* Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4 (PS3)
* Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions (PS3)
* For Your Eyes Only by Ian Fleming
* Thunderball by Ian Fleming
* On Her Majesty's Secret Service by Ian Fleming
* Soulsville - Huey Lewis and the News
* Mug with wraparound Star Wars Saga character artwork
* A brand new Dell computer
* 21.5" widescreen flat panel monitor
* Logitech computer speakers
* Imagination Studio Suite 2

Stocking Stuffers:
* $15 iTunes gift card
* Pack of Post-It notes
* Four-pack of Pilot Precise V5 pens (I love these pens!)
* Bag of Mini Oreos

And since it was just two days before Christmas . . .

Birthday Haul:
* Batman: The Killing Joke (Deluxe Edition)
* Jennifer Love Hewitt's Music Box, Vol. 1
* Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? by Philip K. Dick

The computer was the biggest surprise of the morning. I've been in need of one for awhile, but wasn't quite ready to make the switch right now. I also wish my brother hadn't gotten me the Imagination Studio program for it (especially after learning how expensive it was), because it's got more stuff than I'll probably ever use. Still, it'll be nice being able to use the computer moments after turning it on compared to waiting about thirty minutes before I can use it without lagging issues. LOL!

Hope everybody had a great Christmas morning. :)

I got my stocking stuffers recently, and my parents got me the following

Lindt Lindor Truffles: Milk Chocolate
Peanut M&M Holiday Colors
2 AMC Movie Passes
Coppertone Sunscreen
Neutrogena Sunblock Stick

Also, my dad keeps giving me some Dunkin Donuts giftcards he gets from his bus route, and I scratched off a few lottery cards that relatives gave to us, and I was able to win $40 for the family on 1 card. I got to keep most of that. Life is good.

I received quite a lot of shirts from my parents since fashion is my 'thing'. My brother placed a Visa debit card in my stocking. I got a JCPenney gift card from my dad, socks from my mom, and a George Foreman grill from my sister and my nephews.
