Synopsis: Ja Wangnan can't seem to pass the 20th floor. Even after failing time and time again, he refuses to give up. On his journey, he meets a mysterious and powerful character named Viole. Wangnan invites Viole to join his team of Regulars. Their journey continues with new challenges at every turn

Episode 1 "Last Chance" - July 7, 2024

On the twentieth level, there is another test to determine who may continue to climb the tower. Many who have failed and buried their dreams gather there. However, Ja Wangnan does not want to give up and puts everything on one last chance.

Kind of a confusing season premiere. Seems there's a big time skip. Bam for some reason threw in with a crime syndicate and got way stronger but his personality has totally changed. This new character Ja for some reason has a ring with the Jahad crest on it and uses Pokeballs to blow opponents up and is a motor mouth. And a new set of characters wanting to climb. Not as unique as the S1 cast but we'll see what happens with them.

Wonder how long before they reveal the status of the S1 cast. But for now, probably going to focus on the new characters and see if they can be a team.

Episode 2 "The Strongest Regular" - July 14, 2024

Once all the successful candidates had gathered, the second test began. However, the Test Director makes a strange proposal to Viole, who passes the test with top marks.

Episode 3 "The Trustworthy Room" - July 21, 2024

Viole refused to choose companions for the journey ahead. Therefore, another test is being conducted to resolve this issue.

Episode 4 "Ramen and the Great Big Sky" - July 28, 2024

In the test on the 20th floor, the examinees are supposed to form teams and capture rooms. However, trust is a rare resource in a world that rewards betrayal.

Huhn. He spared and forgave Lurker. And seems like that made an impact with Bam enough to agree to help. Guess there is more to Ja Wangnan. Wants to be king to change the system. Hmm.

Episode 5 "The Other Team" - August 4, 2024

Khun continues to climb the tower, thinking of his best friend Bam. He has assembled a new team and is dragging along the sluggish Rachel. But there's much more going on behind the scenes.

Seems the original team divided and conquered, splitting off into their own teams. Khun's method of recruiting people to his team... lol.

Ooo, Yamcha's death homage when Edin Dan got whupped? Looks like some heavy hitters with Novick and Ran. Even more intriguing he got a Khun in his team. I mean, Ran looks like a Khun. White hair, blue eyes motif. But overall, quite a diverse set of skills, sounds on par with Khun's tactics.

lol that's cute that Yihwa the fire user is a terrible cook. Guess that will be an arc of hers, learning to control her powers and leveling up later on.

Eh, the red head again. Ah, an impersonator. Reminds of that group on One Piece.

Episode 6 "Zygaena's Flower" - August 11, 2024

The team with Viole and Wangnan faces the next test on their journey to the top of the tower. But before that, they are evaluated by Viole's friends from FUG.

Mmm, so Yu Jan Sung was a part of FUG and right after that final scene in season 1 forced Bam into joining and he'd kill a friend for each failed test... yeah... the plot thickens.

And it's all up to Miseng to catch that pig thing to get the flower.

Bad luck to run into one of the top Rankers... Mazino is his name I guess? Or does that tattoo imply another faction in the Tower?

Episode 7 "Mazino Magic" - August 18, 2024

The battle against Urek continues in Zygaena. In a deadly game between Urek and Viole, the stakes are Zygaena's flower. But then, everything takes an unexpected turn.

Well, that was a top Ranker and a surprise economics lesson.

So far, a lot of threats from FUG but wonder when we'll see an actual clash with them.

A clear goal, get to the 30th floor in 2 years to encounter Khun's team. This season's gonna span that long? A time skip? Whatever it will be, they all have to seriously level up and stop relying on Bam.

Episode 8 "Her Name Is Emily" - August 25, 2024

Both Khun's team and the team of Wangnan and Viole continue to climb the tower, facing the necessary trials along the way. In the process, they discover a new tool: the increasingly popular chat AI, Emile.

Well, naturally, Tower of God would makes AI chat bots more horrifying.

No surprise even a chat bot would annoy Endorsi, lol.

Hmm, wonder how this Traveler will factor into the show. Considering how the two teams are bound to finally meet on the 30th floor, that seems to be a guess for Traveler, too.
