Viz and pretty guardian sailor moon

with the first half of stars announced for release and crystal pretty much stalled I am curious if it possible viz could consider dubbing the live action pretty guardian sailor moon series using the dub cast considering it been done before with funimation dubbing of the two attack on titan movies as well as viz own dub of all three death note live action films.

so is it possible? does viz own the rights?

I'm not sure if it would be possible, but it would be interesting if they could do that. I remember hearing a lot of praise for the live action Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon series a few years ago. I don't know if they could legally license and dub the series, but if they could, I think that there would be enough interest to warrant dubbing and releasing the series.
