  • A movie that handled a female character like that does sound pretty nice and it rarely is pulled off well enough. I do eat breakfast. I usually eat half of a peanut butter sandwich, cereal and a banana. I like bread, pasta, vegetarian meat, some fruits and vegetable soup. For anime, I tend to like some slice of life and action/adventure fantasy series. With cartoons, I usually like the more of the action story driven series. There are a couple of comedy series that I really like, such as Gravity Falls, but that's more of a rare exception than what I generally like to watch.

I'm glad that you're doing well and you're welcome. I actually haven't seen Pixar's Brave yet. I usually wait until movies are either released on DVD or air on TV before seeing them. I may rent it at some point to see how I feel about it. Don't worry. Your question didn't confuse me. Personally, both choices have their merits and if done well enough, they can result in solid character development for the lead character, so, even though there are more down to Earth stories about girls, I'd be fine with either one. The idea of a female lead character where her gender is more secondary to her character, like how it is with most male lead characters, does sound appealing to me. That's usually pretty tricky and I haven't seen it pulled off that well before. As for Saturday Mornings, I just get up in time to watch Pokemon on Cartoon Network and then watch the rest of the Vortexx lineup, except for their wrestling show since I don't care to have wrestling on even for background noise.

I'm doing fine. Thank you for asking. How are you? Being a mod was challenging at first and it still can be difficult, but I think that I've gotten use to it after a few years. That comment from that Hall of Game thread was definitely wrong. I do watch Cartoon Network. I watch it for Pokemon, Beyblade, DC Nation, Ben 10: Omniverse and Dragons Riders of Berk to name a couple of series, although except for Pokemon, I primarily watch those shows On Demand. I also wasn't able to get your PM from earlier since I needed to fix up my inbox a bit more. Sorry about that, but I should be able to get it now.

It's okay. I understand getting caught up in the heat of the discussion, but it has been getting a bit too much the last couple of times and it would be best to try and not let it get to that point again. As for the editing on the Vortexx, I don't really mind it. Some of the edits can be really weird, but it usually doesn't bother me too much.

I watch the Vortexx on the CW. It is channel 12 in my area. I don't think it gets preempted too often. I think that only happened back when on the weekday block when 9/11 happened. I think that 4KidsTV on FOX got preempted for sports every once in awhile. My inbox was still full unfortunately, so I'm afraid you'll have to send the PM again. Sorry about that. Thank you for the merry Christmas wishes. I hope that you'll have a wonderful holiday season as well.
