Like I said, give it a few weeks. Kids need time to adjust to a schedule change this big. Part of the reason 4Kids TV is still doing well is because the lineup barely changed at all. If the ratings for CW4Kids aren't doing better by the end of the month, then you can start panicking.

Hannah Montana is done to 1.06? wow, the popularity must be going down. Why the heke are these live action shows everywhere? I'll bet if ABC grabbed Jetix, there would be better TV.

Hannah Montana got a 1.5, making it the second highest-rated show of the morning behind Zack & Cody, which scored a 1.8.

I wouldn't say that the ratings for CW4Kids are horrible. I agree with D Dubbs that kids need to get use to a huge change in the schedule. There are a lot of new shows on the CW4Kids as well so that's to be expected. Spider-Man didn't get awesome ratings when it first premiered either. I don't think a lot of shows, specifically Saturday morning cartoons, have terrific ratings right off the bat. It takes awhile for shows to find their audience.

Those ratings aren't surprising. They aren't amazing or anything but they're not appallingly bad either. 4Kids TV's consistency throughout the entire block is pretty impressive though.

Skunk Fu's getting tucked away in the 7:30 timeslot next week anyway, so I don't think 4Kids was really looking for anything out of that series. 5D's will probably take the longest to get going, not only because the show starts slow but because GX did pretty poorly for most of its run so there's no momentum going in.

Eeeeeeeeee, we're gonna have a ninja turtle wedding! :D

And 5Ds already starts with the multi-part episodes, in grand Yugioh tradition.

I don't like the new 4Kids player. The old one had a much better layout and was much simpler to navigate.

It's great to see that 5D's will soon be entering into its first multi-part episodes. It will be interesting to see how that works out. As for the Ninja Turtle episode, it took me a minute to realize what it meant. I so wish that Back to the Sewer didn't air at the same time as Pokemon since I would so love to see the episodes. Too bad all of my recording parts of my VCRs don't work anymore and 4Kids doesn't seem to have the episodes on their website yet. Oh well. Hopefully I can catch repeats whenever they start up.

Where do you get this information from? For all I know they aren't giving previews anymore. :(
So now we must guess what the new episodes will look like.

Thanks to Zedd and other folk here at TZ, we finally made contact with the right people at 4Kids to get both lineups -- complete with ep descriptions. We had a contact at WB-then-CW, who sent just a title-number list until the new seasons started.

Some of the numbers might not mesh with what previously existed here or what you might see elsewhere, I'm just going with what makes the data entry easiest.

Well, here's the ratings for the 20th:

Final K6-11 Ratings for Saturday, September 20, 2008 Broadcast Networks only (Live + SD Data):
Source: Disney Research from Nielsen Media Research Data
FOX (4KidsTV)
1.1/5 Avg. (8a-12n)
Di-Gata Defenders 0.5/3; Biker Mice from Mars 0.7/4; Sonic X 1.2/6; Sonic X 1.4/6; Chaotic M'arillian Invasion 1.4/6; Kirby 1.2/5; Winx Club 1.0/4
CW (TheCW4Kids)
0.9/5 Avg. (7a-12p)
Will & DeWitt 0.4/4; Magi Nation 0.7/4; Skunk Fu 1.0/5; Viva Pinata 1.2/5; Spectacular Spider-Man 1.2/5; Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1.1/5; Dinosaur King 0.9/4; Yu-Gi-Oh 5D 0.9/4; Chaotic 0.9/4; Chaotic 0.9/4
ABC
0.8/4 Avg. (9a-1p)
The Emperor's New School 0.6/3; The Replacements 0.9/4; That's So Raven 0.9/4; That's So Raven 0.8/4; Hannah Montana 1.1/5; Suite Life of Zack & Cody 1.1/5; Power Rangers Jungle Fury 0.4/2; Power Rangers Jungle Fury 0.5/3
NBC (Qubo on NBC)
(10a-1p)
Programming on NBC aired out of the regular pattern this day due to Ryder Cup coverage. Because of this the network had far less than its regular coverage across the US (in some cases less than 48%), thus we have elected to not include the Qubo on NBC ratings for Saturday, September 20, 2008.
CBS (KEWLopolis on CBS)
0.4/2 Avg. (7-10a/10a-12p)
Cake 0.0/0; Horseland 0.3/1; Dino Squad 0.5/2; Strawberry Shortcake 0.6/2; Care Bears 0.5/2; Sushi Pack 0.5/2
*Times vary from market to market

CW4Kids is still not doing too hot, but at least it beat ABC Kids this time. Cynopsis gave us incomplete listings again, though (Fast Forward is missing from the ratings). Sonic X and M'arillian Invasion were tied for the highest rated shows on broadcast TV.

Sonic X has always brought in good ratings for 4Kids TV. I'm surprised 4Kids didn't try pushing for another season, and still hasn't gotten together with
SEGA to develop a new Sonic series yet. You think they would have done one of the two by now, still you never know what could happen.

CBS (KEWLopolis on CBS) 0.4/2 Avg. (7-10a/10a-12p)
Cake 0.0/0; Horseland 0.3/1; Dino Squad 0.5/2; Strawberry Shortcake 0.6/2; Care Bears 0.5/2; Sushi Pack 0.5/2

These...

These are perhaps the most hilariously abysmal ratings I've ever seen. Especially Cake's rating, where literally no one watched it.

There have been a handful of Blutarskis in the ratings history. On broadcast, though, they've been pretty much limited to the CBS and NBC all-E/I lineups.

Gee, the new Yu-gi-oh series is doing terribly so far.

Dinosaur King's ratings are lackluster as well.

TMNT and Viva Pinata seem to be doing well.

Is 4kids keeping Spiderman or do they lose it after this year?

They'll have lost it by next fall if not by March.

Viva Pinata made the jump really well, I hope the timeslot change doesn't hurt it. Its success there will probably mean good news for GoGoRiki too.

And I kind of figured it was a bad idea to put Dinosaur King up against M'arrillian Invasion.
