I remember that the sword stand that possessed people from way back in Stardust Crusaders was able to outlive its user so I guess Cheap Trick is the second userless stand in the series.

That's right! The Anubis one. But no sheath to bust up this time or cow... hmm. I wonder if a combination of Star Platinum stopping time with The World the instant someone looks at Josuke's back will freeze Cheap in mid-air as it goes to the next victim allowing Shining a split second to attack it. Mm, but it's dependent on who is going to Rohan's house and that would kill Rohan unless Josuke can heal him. Doubtful Jotaro will be in the vicinity. Unless Koichi can think of some kind of command...

Cheap Trick's power is: it kills it's user if anyone looks at its current user's back, and then transfers to whoever looked at their back, and the process repeats.

Don't threaten Josuke's friends. That much is certain.

Well, more like don't threaten or go after Josuke's family. If you just attack him or his friends he'll just beat you up, but going after his family gets you turned into a rock or book.
