Interesting, so when she returns to Earth she's got amnesia and has to put the pieces together with the audience essentially. Definitely what they've been hinting at this movie being a different kind of origin story.

I think that's just CB using the name because of the "leak," not anything official from Marvel...

Agreed, way too advanced for the 90s. Perhaps S.H.I.E.L.D. salvaged some alien tech from the Kree's previous visit to Earth and started secretly adapting the tech in USAF experimental flights.
