I love both, but I really adore almost everything about Phineas and Ferb, which is where my vote goes.

I'll go with We Bare Bears. While both shows are pretty fun and have some great humor, I think I enjoy We Bare Bears more than Phineas and Ferb. The characters are fun, I like how it uses modern technology/trends and it has some pretty solid supporting cast members too.

Phineas and Ferb is really good, has a creative premise and I think it really goes all out with doing everything they can with their seemingly endless summer.
