We all know that the famous Fridays block stopped in February 2007 and was replaced with Fried Dynamite in the fall, then Har Har Tharsdays in 2008, Monday Nights in 2010, New Thursdays in 2014, Yoursday/Swordsday in 2016, Friday Party and NEW NEW NEW NEW in 2017, Mondays again in 2018, New...
Since I saw the schedules for the Greg Cipes era of the Noods from July to September, here's what would've gotten a bumper in that era:

Ben 10 Alien Force (found)
The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack (found)

Actually, Cow and Chicken did air during the Nood era for one day for an April Fools marathon in April 1, 2009.

The creator confirmed the ratings weren't good enough to justify the high production cost in this post:

And now here's the 2007 breakdown on how often each show aired. Half hours are the measurement for this, 0.5 being a 11-minute segment and 0.33 being a 7-minute segment. The Grim Adventures of the KND will be counted for both KND and Billy & Mandy. The live action Ben 10 movie doesn’t count...
Following up on this by mentioning that Michael Oulween was the one who fired Maxwell Atoms and refused to let Underfist be a full series. So it looks like Stuart Snyder had nothing to do with Underfirst not being greenlit or Maxwell Atoms leaving...
No wonder they eventually relaunched as The Hub in 2010. Makes one wonder what would've become of Discovery Kids if Hasbro hadn't decided to create The Hub (and presumably sending their shows to Cartoon Network, Disney, or Nickelodeon). Would the channel have survived or eventually get shut down...
It's still in top 4. And I'm guessing either it was simply because Foster's Home and Billy & Mandy were getting better ratings, KND was winding down around this time, more shows this year meant less airtime by default, or maybe they didn't really have anyone on the show they could plaster on the...
Looking at how Cartoon Network had been the home for the Transformers franchise in the 2000s with airing the anime shows from 2002 to 2008 and eventually producing their own Transformers show with Transformers Animated from 2007 to 2009, what if Hasbro had decided to partner with Cartoon Network...

In terms of the number of shows they cancelled from 2007 to 2009, one should first note when the cancellation announcements were made.
For Ed Edd n Eddy, it was Danny Antonouci who made the call to scrap season 6 and focus on the series finale movie so that definitely had nothing to do with the...
I found footage here from the pilot called Mask of Santo that was released in 2008:
https://www.sixpointharness.com/portfolio/mask-of-santo/
So seems either it was scrapped due to the change from Samples to Snyder (given the only time it was announced was in February 2007, a few months before...
I do wonder how much the lack of new original cartoons in 2009 came from the recession. Like considering The Cartoonstitute got cancelled because of the economy according to Craig McCracken, it is possible.
G4 is already on Netflix and KiDoodle TV.

Plus every episode is on YouTube with Hasbro allowing it on the official MLP YouTube channel:

Technically they are partnered with multiple networks for newer productions right now. Paramount for GI Joe and newer Transformers stuff like Earthspark & One and Netflix for MLP Gen 5 and Power Rangers.
Not with how Zaslav's removing lots of shows from Max. The removal of CN originals from Max is why I proposed retooling Discovery Family post-Hasbro split into a rerun zone for Cartoon Network originals that ended production
So, which streaming services should Hasbro put their shows on if Amazon and iTunes aren't cutting it?
Transformers Prime is also on Netflix like MLP ( Watch Transformers Prime | Netflix ), so clearly being on Discovery Family isn't stopping Hasbro from putting shows on other streaming services...
I think if there is a way to try to distinguish Discovery Family and Boomerang once Hasbro leaves in March of next year, maybe Discovery Family could be the hub for older Cartoon Network originals that ended and Boomerang could focus more on the classic Hanna Barbara and Warner Bros side of...
I know there was a thread about this before but it was locked so I thought I'd make my own about it.
With The Hub rebranding in 2014 to become Discovery Family and eventually going on a bit of a downward spiral until they stopped making any original shows by 2021 and is more or less a rerun...

Well, at least Discovery Family's gaining another hour for animation and Summer Camp Island's getting soome exposure after being removed from Max and treated badly by Cartoon Network.
Still the fact they're now resorting to airing Cartoon Network originals on the channel shows how redundant...
And that's relevant to my quote why?
Still, MLP and the other Hasbro shows are already on Netflix and are available on Google Play, iTunes, KiDoodle TV, DVD, and YouTube. It's not like airing on Discovery Family is stopping the Hasbro cartoons from airing on other platforms right now so it...
Again, why do you keep acting like Discovery Family is the worst place for the Hasbro cartoons to air? It isn't hurting anything (aside from Gen 4 having a more limited referencing in Gen 5). Some MLP content is already on Netflix, all of Hasbro's 2010s cartoons from The Hub era are on YouTube...
Looking at how these cable channels for kids are doing:
Cartoon Network: Moved all their new originals to Adult Swim and more or less just a rerun house plus being in terrible shape for years (at least around 2015) even before Zaslav joined to continue the downward spiral.
Nickelodeon: Pretty...
Also, anyone find it interesting how Teen Titans Go was handled under Snyder? Like in 2013-14, Teen Titans Go wasn't nearly as overplayed as it would be later on and there was still some solid variety in that time. I can't help but wonder if the switch from Snyder to Miller is why Teen Titans Go...
It aired on The Cartoon Cartoon Show block in 2005 a few times with both 7 minute and 11 minute segments airing on that block. Keep in mind 0.5 is a 11 minute slot and 0.33 is a 7-minute slot, so it'd easily be that 2 7-minute episodes and 5 11-minute episodes aired on the block meaning it'd be...

I wouldn't really call a dub a CN original. Sure they commissioned the dub, but the anime were still produced and animated independently from them. Nickelodeon aired a bunch of English dubs of anime back in the 1980s before they began doing Nicktoons in 1991, yet no one sees their English dubs...
