Well both Rudolph films from Goodtimes had a Canadian cast with the additional US stars:
1. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer:
- John Goodman as Santa Claus
- Eric Idle as Slyly the Fox
- Whoopi Goldberg as Stormella
- Richard Simmons as Boone
- Debbie Reynolds as Mitzi, Mrs. Claus and Mrs. Prancer

2. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and the Island of Misfit Toys
- Richard Dreyfuss as Scoop T. Snowman
- Rick Moranis as Toy Maker/Mr. Cuddles
- Jamie Lee Curtis as Queen Camilla
- Bruce Roberts as the singing voice for Toy Maker/Mr. Cuddles, Kite and Scoop T. Snowman

Memory is fuzzy, but I heard incidentally that some celebrity voices were dubbed over characters originally voiced by the Ocean Group.

MLP is an example of this. Most of it's VAs work in Canada, but Tara Strong is in the U.S. Other than her, the only American actors that have been on the show were John de Lancie in some episodes and Weird Al and Patton Oswalt each being in an episode.

Since the last post made, several other occasions to add:
3A. From the episode Perfect Pear we get:
- William Shatner (though born Canadian) as Grand Pear
- Felicia Day as Pear Butter
- Bill Mondy as Burnt Oak

3B. The movie like several Hasbro theatrical features in the past had some celebrity casting (None of them Canadian):
- Liev Schrieber as The Storm King
- Emily Blunt as Tempest Shadow/Fizzlepop
- Kristin Chenoweth as Princess Skypop
- Miguel Peña as Grubber
- Sia as Songbird Serenade
- Taye Diggs as Capper
- Uzo Aduba as Queen Novo
- Zoe Saldana as Captain Celaeno

1. Technically speaking, we also have Guardians Of The Galaxy. It has a mix of pure US voice actors like Will Friedle, Vanessa Marshall,, Kari Wahlgren, Nolan North, and Kevin Michael Richardson, yet also has those dual citizenship like Trevor Devall, David Sobolov, Jennifer Hale, Tara Strong, Cree Summer, and Eric Bauza.

2. Johnny Test could also count. James Arnold Taylor voiced the title character while Trevor Devall was already a dual citizen when the show ended.

3. Beware The Batman had dual citizens Tara Strong and Cree Summer as Barbara Gordon and Bethany Ravencroft, while Ian James Corlett voiced some minor characters early on. The latter two also voice Edna Peopleson and Chef Remy Bones on Vampirina

4. Ratchet & Clank (2016) used US VA's likes James Arnold Taylor and David Kaye as the title duo alongside Jim Ward and John Goodman, with those like Vincent Tong and Rebecca Shoichet in supporting roles

1. Watching some Dragon Ball Super episodes through On-Demand and after looking at the credits to confirm it, yep the Funimation Dub (In Texas) has Brian Drummond as the voice of Duplicate-Vegeta (http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Duplicate_Vegeta). Drummond additionally being the voice for Vegeta in the Ocean Dubs of DB, and the one who started the "It's over 9,000!!" meme.

2. Also The Animated Adventures of Tom Sawyer which had the Ocean Group with the following US actors:
- Ross Malinger as Tom Swayer
- Ryan Slater as Huckleberry Finn
- Kirsten Dunst as Becky Thatcher
- Christopher Lloyd as Judge Thatcher

Well, no one else got around to listing it on here since the info came out after the last post, but:
1. My Little Pony Friendship is Magic: US actress Rachel Bloom voiced Autumn Blaze in Sounds of Silence, while Maurice LaMarche (US/Canadian) had a recurring role as Chancelor Neighsay.

2. Duck Tales (2017): The Missing Links of Moorshire featured two Kelpies, Briar and Bramble voiced by Tara Strong (US/Canadian) and Andrea Libman. One might notice the pink spark given off by them:).

Heavy Metal from 1981. The SCTV alumni alone suffices (John Candy and Eugene Levy from Canada, Harold Ramis and Joe Flaherty from the U.S.). Heavy Metal 2000 has American actress/model Julie Strain and English singer Billy Idol alongside Canadian talent (which included Michael Ironside).

Also, Rock and Rule has Don Francks as Mok, whose singing voice alternates between American singers Lou Reed and Iggy Pop. Ditto for Angel, voiced by Susan Roman (Canadian)/Debbie Harry (American).

Xiaolin Chronicles was a show that was produced in Canada that really baffled me, because it used only Canadian American Voice actors due to some weird Canadian Law, but what really confuses me more is Collette Sunderman the Voice Director isn't a dual citizen and was allowed in the show despite the aforementioned problem.

The original French version of Xiaolin Chronicles has it as well. Anouck Hautbois and Boris Rehlinger are the only voice actors from the French dub of Xiaolin Showdown to reprise their roles as Kimiko and Chase Young, respectively. Also, Michael Donovan voices Master Fung in the dub of Chronicles instead of Maurice LaMarche.
In fact, Xiaolin Chronicles was produced in France, not Canada, and it's a foreign re-interpretation of an American property, much like Powerpuff Girls Z and Stitch!. Chronicles came into fruition likely because Xiaolin Showdown was so popular in France.

I think it's disingenuous to compare Chronicles to PPGZ and Stitch. Christy Hui created Xiaolin Shodown and was heavily involved with Chronicles. The other shows you mentioned were created in relative isolation.

You are right, Chronicles isn't a Canadian show. I don't know how that bit of misinformation spread. None of the companies that made it are Canadian and all the voice actors live in Los Angeles.

Yin Yang Yo! was mainly Canadian in nature, but the show was created by Bob Boyle, and Steve Marmel was a producer. Bill Engvall, Seth MacFarlane, and Rodger Bumpass were voice actors.

Littlest Pet Shop (2012) fits this. The show is primarily recorded in Canada, yet had Brooke Goldner (daughter of Hasbro producer Brian Goldner) voicing Emma Hart and Peachie Fluffton in seasons 2 and 4 respectively, and Heidi Klum and Casey Wilson in the respective finales for seasons 3 and 4 as Heidi and Felina Meow.

1. Not mentioned yet I believe is Braceface which the main character Sharon Spitz who at least in the first two seasons was voiced by Alicia Silverstone.

2. And for the last onscreen season of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic (continuing in 10th Season in comic form as of April 2020) we have a handful of episodes with John de Lancie back as Discord, plus Patton Oswalt and Weird Al reprising their roles as Quibble Pants and Cheese Sandwich.

Also joining Patton in the episode Common Ground is his wife Meredith Salenger as Clear Sky and his daughter Alice Oswalt as Wind Sprint.

2. Johnny Test could also count. James Arnold Taylor voiced the title character while Trevor Devall was already a dual citizen when the show ended.

3. And Bill Mondy (US born who is or has lived in Canada) as Mr. Black.

So the recent MLP movie is pretty much a US cast with several Ocean Dub VAs:

Tabitha St. Germain, Ashleigh Ball and Andrea Libman briefly reprise their roles as Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy
.

The recent Scooby Doo/Courage The Cowardly Dog crossover counts as this, what with having the Montreal born Paul Schoeffler reprising his roles as Katz Le Quack, and the Nowhere Narrator, in a movie that otherwise mainly uses American voice actors.

Another example is with Nina's World. The show was primarily recorded in Canada, yet Nina's Abuelita Yolie is voiced by Rita Moreno. There's also Mr. Lambert, the town librarian voiced by Mandy Patinkin, as well as guest appearances from Mayim Bialik and Lin Manuel Miranda.

The upcoming X-Men 97 show will have the surviving original Canadian voice cast with new American voice actors.
