Love Live's dub cast has Honoka played by Marieve Herington (Canadian) while the rest are LA-union except for Caitlin Glass which is From Texas.
MLP is an example of this. Most of it's VAs work in Canada, but Tara Strong is in the U.S. Other than her, the only American actors that have been on the show were John de Lancie in some episodes and Weird Al and Patton Oswalt each being in an episode.
I know it also had other Canadian VAs, so yes, it would count.2. Johnny Test could also count. James Arnold Taylor voiced the title character while Trevor Devall was already a dual citizen when the show ended.
Xiaolin Chronicles was a show that was produced in Canada that really baffled me, because it used only Canadian American Voice actors due to some weird Canadian Law, but what really confuses me more is Collette Sunderman the Voice Director isn't a dual citizen and was allowed in the show despite the aforementioned problem.

Not even Tara Strong or Jennifer Hale despite their being Canadian. I only wish they'd at least been a part of the dub, too. It's such a shame the Ocean Group dub of Powerpuff Girls Z didn't use the original voice actresses of Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, at least. How do you feel about my feelings regarding the issue?
