I've always hated earnings calls. Because it has always been to the detriment of the consumer. Another surprising earnings call. It seems like they've given up on general fun altogether. Even no date was given for the suspended dubbing work. There were a few TV series that I expected and wanted to be dubbed, such as 24, Alias, X-Files, Angel, Desperate Housewives, Gargoyles etc. Be prepared for something much worse, you won't be able to get anything other than Marvel or Star-Wars there anymore.
I hope they rent some of the general entertainment content in a dubbed form to Amazon and Netflix globally. Just as they do not do it themselves, they do not allow it to happen to others. I DON'T WANT to pay for Star-Wars or Marvel.
So I don't understand something. What is their problem with the general entertainment consuming audience? Why do they have such a large general entertainment library if they're not going to use it?
