Some people said here that they aren't having any varied promos on the European CNs, outside the new episodes / series or marathon promotions. Well, recently, there is this generic promo of Craig that is airing on CN CEE without any new premieres airing, simply to make use of the current Winter season (which is unlikely on real life what we see on this promo anyway).
Another thing about CN Poland: they now have an unpromoted Gumball marathon, for the Winter break. Though it's not so bad, since it's only 1 and a half hour long.

EDIT: They only added a Gumball promo now, a day after the marathon started.
If anything, it's the same Gumball Winter block that we also got from December, but Poland seems to started it later for some reason. It's nothing new anyway, since we have it since 2021 already.

Not really. We also had a marathon in December, just like CEE, RSEE, and NL. Now it's just another one only for the Winter break which some regions of Poland already started. CN Poland does that almost every year, a marathon for Christmas, and then the exact same thing a few weeks later. Though as I said, this time at least it's not as long. Our 2023 Christmas marathon was just Gumball 24/7 (except some Bakugan breaks), while this is just 1 and a half hour.
Also, from what I've seen, for Christmas CN CEE, RSEE and Netherlands used the old Gumball winter bumpers, which we also have right now, only during the Winter break marathon. Our *actual* Christmas marathon bumpers got updated to match the German Christmas Blast branding.

These ''special marathons'' of their most overplayed show ever, are beyond laughable. We get it from 21.00 to 06.00 CET, every single day, plus in many daily airings that are 1 hour or longer and then these ''special marathons'' in the middle of the schedule are supposed to be something special. My God, who are the geniuses behind these dire schedules and ''stunts''? I do wonder if there are any humans left at CN Europe/Turner/WBD or whatever it's called these days, since the whole thing is just an auto-pilot robotic operation.

You got different bumpers on the December marathon? Are they brand new (like, only shown now)? These ones you mean? If so, I see they introduced them since 2022. We only got the same 2021 promos and bumpers for two more consecutive years.

Speaking of CN CEE, it seems they stopped airing the Winter idents starting today, as I saw the 2023 new Dimensional idents being used again.

These ones you mean?
Yup, sorry for not specifying that. What I meant is that only Cartoon Network Poland got these bumpers during the December marathon (yes, they did get introduced in 2022), while CEE, RSEE and Netherlands are still using the old ones, which is quite strange.

Speaking about strange things, for quite a while CN Poland has this "rule", where they can only have 2 different promos in the playout. Which results in some teasers being skipped, or added with a delay. This week they started doing something pretty weird though. On Monday, they had a promo for Hero Inside and Craig of the Creek. Yesterday they replaced the Craig promo with a Gumball marathon one. But today, it's back to how it was on Monday. So it looks like they will be airing different promos every day, instead of just airing 3 at once.

What promo did CN Poland use for the December 2023 edition of the marathon? As I see that for the 2024 current one, they use the 2021 promo.

Also, nvm about what I said regarding CN CEE stopping to use the Winter bumpers. Today I saw they're airing them again, while only yesterday for some reason they were using regular idents. Yeah. Talk about strange things... (it has become the norm and staple of our "best channel ever")

What promo did CN Poland use for the December 2023 edition of the marathon?
It was exactly the same as in 2022, which is why I never uploaded it on YouTube. Since in 2023 the marathon was airing in the same slots as in 2022, they didn't change anything about the promo.

A few months ago, I was doing some general research regarding Cartoon Network Europe's history for the 30th Anniversary, and came across some info about Cartoon Network's playout at Todd-AO (was Chrysalis TV, later Ascent Media) before it went in-house in 2006. The playout centre was on the same street as MTV's HQ on Hawley Crescent (formally the TV-AM building aka Eggcup Towers), which is where Nickelodeon is now. There was a video of someone's last day there on YouTube but it has since been removed. NTL was responsible for satellite uplinking.

Todd-AO was responsible for (in 2000):

19 Feeds covering UK, France, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Scandinavia, South Africa, Middle East covering one third of the world's transmission playout for TENIL (Turner Entertainment Networks International Ltd)
- CN UK, CN NL, CN Nordic, CN Africa (& the Middle East), CN France, CN Italy, CN Poland, TCM Poland, TCM Spain, TCM France, TCM UK, TCM Africa (& the Middle East) & TNT (UK).

Cartoon Network CEE Schedule and Highlights for February 2024

- Season 5 of The Heroic Quest of Valiant Prince Ivandoe, the final chapter of episodes of the full series, premieres on 12th February. The final 8 episodes of the show will air from Monday to Thursday, daily at 17:20 CET, with reruns on the day after at 13:30 CET. The batch, as well as the series overall, will end on 15th February.
- Teen Titans Go Takeover marathon returns, for the second consecutive year. It will start on 3rd February and will air on weekends from 13:40 till 17:05 CET, all month long.
- SuperThings premieres on 26th February, at 13:55..... Thankfully, from what I've seen, it will just be 3-minutes minisodes they will be showing alongside a series, so at least it won't take over one of the full slots on the line-up (at least for now). This is what they will be showing, btw, which you can tell how bad it is. Especially since it's already on YouTube which makes the TV airings way more non-sensical. Each of the shorts will air weekdays (or even daily) at 13:55 CET.

Besides the TTG marathon and the stupid addition of SuperThings (they will replace the Ivandoe shorts at 13:55 CET), there will barely be any other schedule changes. The line-up stays exactly the same as last month. My schedules that I received don't even have SuperThings anywhere scattered (probably for the better), which is why I don't even know if they will have some reruns or not. Of course, I would rather if they don't.

Here's the schedule:

(all times CET; changes are bolded)

Yeah... SuperThings... That's the toy-commercial cartoon that could be easily aired on Teletoon+ Poland rather than CN Poland. I've seen toys in many news-stands possible.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on these proposals:

Has anyone seen PSI Cops last night?

(cricket noises)

Yeah, I still can't believe that was a thing.
Paramount and Skydance have officially merged. Does this mean that Brian Robbins got the boot?
Season 6 of Total Drama (production code-wise), Pahkitew Island, made its American debut a decade ago.

It's my favorite season of the show (behind all 3 of Total Dramarama's) and has the best cast of the series, which includes the 2 best characters of the franchise, Leonard and Max (who should've been the finalists).

Happy 10 year anniversary to The 7D.
