Ok, now take that wonderfully comforting, vibrant, perfect theme that Cartoon Cartoon Fridays (when the cartoons hosted) had and compare it to this stupid random paper cuttings flying around, exploding corn dogs, kids on crack theme that Fried Dynamite has and tell me which one is better.

Also, I don't know if anyone posted this, but who remembers this Sheep in the Big City preview...

Memorable things from Cartoon Network

-I remember the channel during the mid and late 90's, with the shows like Powerpuff Girls and Dexter's Lab.
-The funny bumpers, like the 'connecting clips' (sort of like a Ribe goldberg Machine), the music videos, the cartoon network 'library', the 3D cityscape, and there was a cartoon network 'Indian Movie Spoof' featuring all the cartoon network characters. It rocked.
-During a trip to Thailand when I was around nine, the hotel we went to had Cartoon Network, and during the Toonami/Adult Swim hours, I got a first glimpse of Gorillaz, the cartoon band, and I became a fan since.

-Cartoon Cartoons Obviously all the cartoon cartoons. I watched all of them except for Johnny Bravo and Cow and Chicken (My mom wouldn't let me :sweat:

: Cow and Chicken cuz Red was naked and Johnny Bravo cuz of all the womanizing and innuendo).
-Cartoon Theatre I used to love the bumps they had back then, the one with that girl holding the torch and her skirt goes up, and the paramount mountain falling down cuz it's a cardboard cutout. Good movies back then too: American Tale, Land before Time movies, yupp.
- The Awesome Bumps The powerfhouse Bumps were probably one of the best parts of Cartoon Network eva, and when I mean eva, I mean eva.

The Powerhouse era bumper and Cartoon Cartoon Fridays along with the premiere of Ed Edd n Eddy are many things I like to remember about Cartoon Network. The Powerhouse era bumpers were great and reminded me IMO of the craziness and wackyness of cartoons. The Cartoon Cartoon Fridays had a great opening song which I used to sing everytme. I always remembered that I was hooked on Ed Edd n Eddy since the day it premiered. Ed Edd n Eddy wasn't liked by many at first, but I loved at it as soon as I watched it. I still remember the time I tried to watch Cartoon Network at any chance I got. Good times.

nostalgia here I come!

Man so much to think of... I remember when I was younger I was always excited for Cartoon Cartoon Fridays. I also remember the awsome promos Cartoon Network had! Oh and going home to Toonami every day(man I remember when it was just Moltar hosting that block!). Also I remember watching space ghost Coast to Coast every morning before school started. And man, how can I forget when Adult Swim came on! Yeah I was too young for it but I watched it anyways hahah I really enjoyed Home Movies and Baby Blues alot.

I also remember when ed, edd n eddy first premiered aswell as the powerpuff girls!

And does anyone remember Intruder on Toonami?

I also remember always getting fired up for June Buggs! My mother and I would watch it together all the time.

Cartoon Cartoon Fridays were my favorite part of the channel when I was younger. I loved watching Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck in the mornings, and then watching shows like Dexter's Laboratory and Powerpuff Girls in the afternoon. Those were pretty good times, when the channel was able to skillfully mix old and new cartoons together.

Toon Heads were also a favorite of mine.

Never, unfortunately, because the execs at Time Warner don't wanna make this treasure trove of memories available online (LEGALLY).

I wish I had some actual CCF on tape. All I have is promos.

Omg, I can't believe I've never seen that Fancy Anvil Award Show before!! This was sooooooo funny!!! Johnny Bravo made me laugh in this. What year did they air this??? 2002??? I cannot get over how good this is. I wish I'd saw it when it came on. This is the stuff I miss when I miss the old Cartoon Network. I can't believe they only aired this once, it was one of the funniest things I've ever seen from Cartoon Network!!
